Mothy Tarot Card

Like this mothy interpretation of the Major Arcana tarot card: The Tower.
It seems to me I had the source for this but I can't locate it (if I ever did have it) and can't find it on-line, even through such sites as Aclectic Tarot, etc.)

Moth Image

I love this image; not too creepy, just enough. I don't know who to attribute the illustration to. If anyone knows the source I'd appreciate knowing so I can give credit.

Nick Redfern: "Mothman At 50: What Do We Know?"

Nick Redfern has a new piece up at Mysterious Universe on Mothman -- and what he/she/it/they might be. Or, not.

Mothman At 50: What Do We Know? | Mysterious Universe: But, what have we learned conclusively about Mothman, the entity, since 1966? The answer is: not a lot. Which is almost always the case in incidents of the Fortean kind. Theories have abounded with regard to what Mothman is (or isn’t), and who or what may have provoked the encounters. Such theories continue to abound, which serves to demonstrate one thing only: we have absolutely no undeniable smoking-gun. (Nick Redfern, Mysterious Universe)

Woman Snaps Creepy Photo of “Mothman” Through Peephole – Week In Weird

Has Mothy been photographed? Greg Newkirk shares a story from Portland, Oregon's Clyde Lewis:

Woman Snaps Creepy Photo of “Mothman” Through Peephole – Week In Weird: Is this a photo of the often menacing, always elusive Mothman? A woman by the name of Sharon Davis thinks so, after all, she snapped the photograph through the peephole of her apartment. It’s so hard to find nice neighbors these days. (Newkirk; Week in Weird)

David Weatherly: Chicago Mothman Sightings

David Weatherly at Two Crows Paranormal has an item about Mothman like sightings --including one photograph, as noted below -- in the Chicago area. Many witnesses to this winged humanoid. Is it really "the" Mothman, or something different?

The married couple were taking pictures with a smartphone on August 22, 2011 when they captured the image. They say they didn't spot the strange figure in the sky when they were snapping the pics, but only noticed it later when going over the photographs. The photographer claims that when he enlarged the picture, distinctly bat-like wings became evident. (David Weatherly: Chicago Mothman Sightings)
